Room service was cash only.

The hotel was hip new, spent my time lovely here. Booked a twin room with good space. It was a good location not far from a shopping centre and various restaurants as well as sightseeing places.

unbeatable location - next to bars and restaurants. next to a subway station. best staff, early check in. very good facilities and marvellous and exceptional breakfast with cheese and ham and warm dishes.

Stayed in twin room with a good view which was perfect for me.

As for me, the area was very busy.

The rooms were functional and fashionable with good space. The property was in the center of the city.

The breakfast was on point, with a variety of yummy options each day. The bar was super convenient, and I loved the comfy beds. Everyone from the front desk to the kitchen staff was really friendly and helpful. Perfect spot for my trip!

A Mixed Bag with Potential in Kyiv

The view from my Twin Room was fine, although the room had an odd smell. Service had its ups and downs. While the front desk staff were friendly, room service was cash-only. I'd suggest carrying cash for a smoother experience.

The breakfast was good, with a vast selection of dishes catering to all tastes, complemented by a 24-hour coffee bar where I could easily prepare my own cappuccino.

The breakfast options impressed with daily variety and delicious Tuscan bread, catered to all tastes. Despite the modern decor and convenient late-night bar, I faced some noise disruptions from outside and occasionally had to deal with inconsistent service at the bar. The location was great, centrally positioned near shopping areas. I appreciated the abundance of pillows on the comfy bed.

The Standard Room I stayed in was pretty comfy! The beds were big and soft, made for a good night's sleep. Plus, the room had a nice modern decor that matched the overall vibe of the hotel. I also loved the excellent views of the city from the window. The 24-hour coffee maker in the lobby. Just a note, there was a bit of noise from the outside, a tad distracting at times.

Our family really enjoyed the comfortable stay, and we loved exploring the nearby shopping mall. The kids had a blast, especially when we visited the Olympic National Sports Complex for a match. The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything.

My kids wished there were more activities for teenagers.
